Security & Entry Policy for SUNDOWN SUMMER CONCERT SERIES Ticket Holders
Bag Policy
Large bags, backpacks, purses, totes, fanny packs, and camera bags are not permitted.
Small clutches and wallets smaller than 4.5” x 6.5” are permitted and are subject to security inspection.
Medical bags, diaper/parental bags, and clear bags smaller than 12” x 12” x 6” will be allowed but must go through enhanced security screening.
Any bags that do not meet these requirements will be denied entry.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted inside the event premises:
Outside food and beverages
Weapons of any kind (including firearms, knives, and pepper spray)
Vapes, e-cigarettes, and all smoking paraphernalia
Illegal drugs or controlled substances
Glass containers
Fireworks, explosives, or incendiary devices
Possession of prohibited items may result in denial of entry or immediate removal from the event.
Medications
Prescription medications are permitted if they are in their original pharmacy-labeled container with the attendee’s name clearly visible.
Only the quantity required for the duration of the event will be allowed.
Over-the-counter medications must be sealed/unopened upon entry and may be subject to additional screening.
Medical staff and security reserve the right to inspect and approve all medications at the entry gate.
Medical marijuana, even if prescribed, is not permitted on site in accordance with federal law and venue policy.
For refrigeration or other medical support, please contact the event organizers in advance.
Identification & Age Verification
This is an all ages event. However, no one under the age of 21 will be admitted unless accompanied by their 21-year-old parent or legal guardian — no exceptions.
All attendees must present a valid, government-issued, unexpired photo ID for age verification.
No refunds will be issued for failure to provide valid identification.
Expired, altered, or fraudulent identification will not be accepted and may be reported or confiscated.
The decision of event staff and security regarding ID validity is final.
Alcohol & Minors
Alcohol will only be served to patrons aged 21 and over who present valid identification.
Patrons under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Any patron under 21 found in possession of or consuming alcohol will be reported to law enforcement and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Adults providing alcohol to minors will be removed from the event and referred to law enforcement.
Enforcement & Removal
This is a zero-tolerance event. Any individual found violating these policies may be denied entry or removed without refund.
Disorderly conduct, public intoxication, harassment, or failure to follow staff instructions will result in immediate ejection.
Law enforcement will be on-site and involved in incidents involving illegal behavior, underage drinking, or safety threats.
Refund Policy
This is a rain or shine event held outdoors. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be provided for failure to comply with event entry policies, including invalid or missing identification or possession of prohibited items.

Ticket Validity
Tickets must be purchased directly through Tixr Ticketing at www.showdownalaska.com or Eventbrite Ticketing at www.williwawsocial.com
Tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party platforms (including resale sites, scalpers, or individuals) may result in denial of entry.
Showdown Alaska and event organizers are not responsible for fraudulent or duplicate tickets purchased outside of our official ticketing system.
To ensure valid entry for yourself and your party, only purchase tickets through the official platform listed above.
Emergency & Medical Support
Professional security personnel and certified medical staff will be on site throughout the event.
In case of an emergency, attendees should follow instructions from event staff or contact the nearest security representative.
ADA Accessibility & Accommodation Requests

If you or someone in your party requires accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), please contact us at least 72 hours prior to the event to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.
